The vast majority of orders are shipped on the day the order is placed before 15:00. Orders received after 15:00 or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Sending is carried out on the day of ordering or the next day at the most:
* Delivery by New Post is up to 2 days in Ukraine.


Status of parcel movement can be tracked in the application of New Post, in which you can make forwarding and track the movement of the parcel online.


Delivery tracking:
Once the order is shipped, we will send you an sms with the order number and TTN by which it can be tracked.

Order storage period:
Order storage period is limited to.
* In the department of "New Post" - up to 5 days. After 5 days the parcel is automatically returned to the sender and cannot be resent.
* In "New Post" post office - up to 3 days. If the storage period expires, the parcel will be moved to the nearest New Post office to free up the post office box.
